By accessing and using EmojiCry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. This platform is a project portfolio asset of WebKitLab.

Permission is granted to use the tools provided on EmojiCry for personal and commercial creative projects. However, you may not:
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website.

The website's original content, features, and functionality are owned by WebKitLab. Emoji assets are provided under their respective open-source licenses (MIT for Emojibase, Apache 2.0 for Google Noto, and CC-BY 4.0 for Twemoji), as detailed in our Copyright section.
4. Limitations
In no event shall EmojiCry or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the platform.
5. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on EmojiCry could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
6. Governing Law
Any claim relating to EmojiCry shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WebKitLab operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
